2024 Online Application Forms
2024 Toprec PPPE Online Application Form can only be paid for with your debit card or at any bank nation wide with your e-invoice print out from this portal (RRR) at the cost of N50,000.00 (fifty thousand Naira) only (non refundable). 

The procedure are as follows. (Options 1-2)

PAYMENTS PROCEDURES

  • Option 1 Online payment ( card payment)

    • Type www.toprecng.org on your browser and click enter

    • Click on PPP Exam payment 2024, read all instructions carefully by clicking on each tab by your left

    • After reading all instructions, click PAY ONLINE  by the top  

    • Fill the payment form by your right and click proceed

    • Click on the drop down to select your preferred payment method ( master, visa and verve cards only) choose any and click proceed and wait to be redirected.

    • How do you want to Pay? * ( only choose card payment if your paying with card )

    • Fill in your card details below and click submit. On successful payment your will be redirected to the Application form, fill and submit appropriately.

  • Option 2 Bank Payment (Any Bank)
    • Type www.toprecng.org on your browser and click enter
    • Click on PPP Exam payment 2024, read all instructions carefully by clicking on each tab by your left.
    • After reading all instructions, click PAY ONLINE by the top
    • Fill the payment form by your right and click proceed
    • Click on the drop down to select your preferred payment method ( Choose Bank Branch only) and click proceed and wait to be redirected.
    • How do you want to Pay? * (please, choose Bank Branch) only and click submit.
    • Click print invoice and print out your invoice and take to any bank branch to pay, Your RRR is on your printed invoice, just give the paper to any bank cashier and pay cash. 
    • On successful payment at the bank come back to Toprec site and click on PPP Exam 2024 and click on REGISTRATION ICON type in your email and RRR number click proceed. It will redirect you to Applicant form. Fill accordingly and submit.

  1. Northern Zone- Department of Urban and Regional Planning,Barnawa Campus,Kaduna Polytechnic Kaduna.
  2. Eastern Zone-Department of Urban and Regional Planning, Imo State University -Owerri, Imo State.
  3. Western Zone -Department of Urban and Regional Planning, The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Oyo State.
     Note: Candidate examination Number will be ready at the various examination centers  TIME 09:00AM PROMPT

 The Professional Planning Practice written Examination would be a (3) three hour paper.

The Practice Examination is divided into two separate and independent papers: i. Planning theory, law and administration - Morning. ii Test of professional competence and practice - Afternoon. Note: Candidate examination no. will be ready at the various examination centers TIME: 09.00 am prompt.

TOPREC Training Logbook

All INTENDING candidates are to submit their LOG BOOK in support of his/her ability to practice i.e A candidate is expected to submit a detailed work/practice done under the supervision of a Registered Town Planner and endorsed by TOPREC Council Representative of his/her State as contained in Article iii- section 8 (d) of TOPREC Rules and Regulations for the Control of Town Planning Practice on or before 7th October 2024.

Your sitting for the written examination and the Oral examination do not presuppose that you are successful as the written, Oral examination and the Logbook must be passed satisfactorily.

Rules and Guidelines.


Rules and Guidelines

Please ensure you adhere to the rules and guidelines stated below.


  1. No candidate shall be allowed to take Handset or iPad into the examination hall, or else such shall be confiscated.

  2. No candidate shall be allowed into the examination Hall a minute after commencement of the examination.

  3. No candidate shall be allowed to change examination centre after final registration for the examination and given examination number.

  4. No form of examination malpractice shall be allowed.

  5. No registration for examination shall be entertained at the examination venue.

  6. All candidates must show evidence of online/invoice payment before allowed inside examination hall

Examination notice

The 2024 Professional Planning Practice Examination is to hold as follows:

i .   Written examination - Thursday November 7th 2024 (Kaduna, Owerri, Ibadan)

ii  Oral Examination:  2nd – 6th December 2024. (Lagos, Enugu and Abuja).

     


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Candidates will qualify for the Professional Planning Practice Examination (PPPE) after two years post qualification experience from TOPREC accredited institutions in line with Section 7 (1) (a), and (2) (b) CAP T7. LFN 2004; and registered as a full member of Nigerian Institute of Town Planners.
